You can find more information about us at www.gefeg-neckar.de.

The protection of your data is very important to us. For this reason, your data is collected and processed in accordance with the statutory provisions of the GDPR.
You can find out more at https://www.datenschutz-grundverordnung.eu.

Despite all due care in handling your data, we expressly point out that data transmission and storage on the Internet (e.g. via communication or e-mail) can have security gaps. Absolute protection of your data against access by third parties is not possible.

2. your personal data

Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, address, e-mail address or telephone number.

Your personal data will only be collected, used and passed on by us if and to the extent that this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of data. Furthermore, they are used exclusively for the contractual performance of our services (e.g. for the execution of a contract, an order or by sending an e-mail).

We would like to point out that - due to a lack of uniform standards - e-mails are sent unencrypted via the Internet. Unauthorized persons may be able to gain access to such data. The risks here are comparable to the risk of a postal item that is also sent unencrypted/unsealed. .

If you contact us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), your details will be stored exclusively for the purpose of processing your inquiry.

By submitting your personal data, you consent to the processing of the data in the database, e.g. for the purpose of brokering offers or processing orders, in accordance with Section 4 BDSG and Sections 3, 12, 14 TMG. In addition, your data is used for the purposes of internal market research and for the needs-based design / optimization of our electronic services.

Your data will only be used for advertising tailored to you personally, e.g. attractive product information and news by e-mail, post or telephone, if you have expressly consented to this. You can of course withdraw your consent at any time with immediate effect for the future. Under no circumstances will your personal data be disclosed to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes or otherwise passed on to third parties outside the fulfillment of our contractual obligations.

Our employees and service providers have been sworn to secrecy regarding personal data.

Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if and insofar as this is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract (e.g. shipping or collection companies). If it is therefore necessary to pass on data to third parties, we do so exclusively on the condition that these third parties undertake to comply with the legal obligations to protect your data. Your personal data will only be transferred to state institutions and authorities within the framework of mandatory legal provisions.

If necessary, the required data will be stored and processed by us in strict compliance with the provisions of the BDSG, the TMG and other data protection laws for as long as necessary. The data stored on a specially secured server will be deleted at the earliest possible time.

With regard to a credit check and SCHUFA queries and notifications to SCHUFA, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.

We explicitly refer to the following procedure:
We transmit personal data collected within the scope of this contractual relationship regarding the application for and execution of this business relationship as well as data regarding non-contractual
behavior to CRIF Bürgel Ressmann Ulm GmbH & Co KG, Bleichstr. 30, 89077 Ulm and CRIF GmbH, Leopoldstraße 244, 80807 Munich.

The legal basis for this transfer is Article 6(1) sentence 1(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The exchange of data with CRIF Bürgel Ressmann Ulm GmbH & Co. KG and CRIF GmbH also serves to fulfill legal obligations to carry out creditworthiness checks (Sections 505a and 506 of the German Civil Code).

CRIF GmbH processes the data received and also uses it for the purpose of profiling (scoring) in order to provide its contractual partners in the European Economic Area and in Switzerland and, if applicable, other third countries with information, inter alia, to assess the creditworthiness of natural persons. The transfer of personal data to third countries takes place in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. Further information on the activities of CRIF GmbH can be found in its information sheet or online at www.crif.de/datenschutz

3. social plugins

We explicitly point out that this website uses social plugins ("plugins").

These are those of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA via Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). These plugins can be recognized by one of the Facebook logos (white "f" on a blue tile or a "thumbs up" sign) or are marked with the addition "Facebook". The list and appearance of Facebook social plugins can be viewed here: developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins

When you access a website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser, which integrates it into the website.

We have no influence on the scope of the data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore inform you according to our current state of knowledge.

By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives information that you have accessed the corresponding page on our website. If you are a member of Facebook and logged in, Facebook can assign the visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the Like button or leaving a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. If you are not a member of Facebook, it is still possible for Facebook to find out your IP address and store it. According to Facebook, only an anonymized IP address is stored in Germany.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in Facebook's data usage guidelines: www.facebook.com/policy.php.

If you are a Facebook member and do not want Facebook to collect data about you via our website and link it to your data stored on Facebook, you should log out of Facebook before visiting our website. It is also possible to block Facebook social plugins with add-ons for your browser, for example with the "Facebook Blocker": webgraph.com/resources/facebookblocker/. Further settings and objections to the use of data for advertising purposes are possible within the Facebook profile settings: www.facebook.com/settings.

The above also applies if plugins from other providers (such as Twitter, Xing, etc.) are used on this website. Therefore, always log out of social networks before you visit this website and do not want your usage behavior to be recorded.

4. cookies

We would like to point out that data is collected and stored on this website for marketing and optimization purposes. This data can be used to create user profiles under a pseudonym. Cookies can be used for this purpose. A cookie is a small data record that is stored on your hard disk when you use our website. Cookies do not contain any personal data and are only used to record the frequency of visits and the time spent on our website. Although your IP address is collected for this purpose, it is processed anonymously.

The data collected will not be used to identify you personally without your consent, nor will it be merged with your personal data. You can object to the collection and storage of your data at any time with effect for the future here.

You can use the security settings of your browser to be informed about the setting of cookies, to restrict or completely deactivate the storage of cookies and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser.

This can lead to restrictions in functionality. For example, you will not be able to place goods in a shopping cart or use other functions that require registration if cookies are not accepted.

If you use the computer together with others, we recommend that you log out properly at the end of each session. You can also deactivate and delete cookies via your browser settings.

5. log files

Every time an Internet user accesses our website and every time a file is retrieved, data about this process is stored in a log file. This data is stored exclusively for internal system-related and statistical purposes. The storage of the IP address also serves to combat misuse.

In detail, the following data is stored:

  • Your IP address that connects your computer to the Internet
  • the time, the status, the amount of data transferred and the website from which you came to the requested website (referrer)
  • the product and version information of the browser used (user agent).

This information is analyzed anonymously for statistical purposes. This enables us to find out, for example, on which days and at what times our websites are particularly popular and how much data volume is generated on them. We can also use the log files to identify possible errors, e.g. faulty links or program errors, and thus use the log files for the further development of the website. The page views and usage stored in the server log are not linked to individual persons. As an individual user, you therefore remain anonymous. A link is only made with the storage of the IP address in the event of suspected abuse to combat abuse.

6. contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. This data will only be used in the context of a business transaction (order, delivery, invoicing, shipping) and will only be passed on with your express consent.

7. data security

All data on our website is stored on servers that are operated in Germany and protected against unauthorized access by the latest security technologies. Regular security checks are carried out by our employees and system service providers.

8. web statistics

PiWik

The open source web analysis service PiWik is used for the statistical evaluation of visitor access (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piwik).

This application is hosted on a server in Germany and your IP address is stored anonymously, i.e. your IP address is only processed in abbreviated form in order to prevent it from being directly linked to you.

We have deliberately refrained from using cookies that are used to identify returning visitors and that go beyond the existing session.

You can decide for yourself whether a unique web analysis cookie may be stored in your browser to enable the operator of this website to collect and analyze various statistical data. If you wish to opt out, click the following link to place the PiWik deactivation cookie in your browser. By doing so, you are telling the software not to count and store any more of your visits and actions. Visits and actions on this website will no longer be saved. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.

You can decide here whether a unique web analysis cookie may be stored in your browser to enable the operator of the website to collect and analyze various statistical data. If you wish to opt out, click the following link to place the PiWik deactivation cookie (opt-out cookie) in your browser.(http://apps.printpublic.de/piwik/index.php?module=CoreAdminHome&action=optOut&language=de)
If you delete your cookies, the PiWik deactivation cookie will also be deleted. It must be reactivated when you visit our website again.

This is particularly the case if an applicant submits corresponding application documents to the controller by electronic means, for example by e-mail or via a web form on the website. If the controller concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions.
